• Prices are based on the passenger being ready to go, when pick-up car arrives, for the time/date specified.
• All phone/e-mail bookings are taken with great care, all our bookings line personnel have gone through an extensive training programme, to enable them to communicate efficiently and effectively with our clients. Attention to detail is of a paramount importance for us and we take great pride in our staff member’s dedication to ensure accuracy of data taken at the time of bookings.
• Please note that we do not accept responsibilities for wrong information supplied by the booking party, at the time of booking,and therefore we will e-mail you back with the details you supplied us with,for you to check and confirm again.Please read carefully those Terms & Conditions.
• All pick-ups from the airport have a free waiting time allowance of 60 minutes , after the flight lands, thereafter 30p/min waiting time charges will apply. If a transfer has been pre-paid by either credit/debit card the passenger should pay the additional waiting time charges in cash to the driver. No charges will be made to those passengers whose flight is known to be delaied due to reasons out of control of the passenger.
• Should there be any changes to the original booking , it must be notified to us at least 48 hours prior to the actual transfer time booked. Any delayed information provided by the passenger or on their behalf will automatically void any refunds due to customers and, in those circumstances, we might not even be able to provide you with a service,or,if we decide to provide a service to you we wont accept any responsibilities for lost flights, etc...
• Should there be a need of cancelling your transfer ,for any reason,we must be notified via e-mail or phone 48 hours prior to the due date. • For all airport pickups we will monitor the flight landing time from our control centre.
• Should you require a Meet & Greet service,you will need to advice us at the time of booking your trip with us. This service will incur additional parking charges,which should be paid in cash to the driver,together with any addition charges for the waiting time ( you have only 60 minutes FREE waiting time). In this case,your driver will wait for you with a name board,just outside of Customs exit. Should you have difficulties in finding your driver ,after calling his/her mobile number,please call our office line on 071795350035,so we can help you.
If we do not hear from you within your FREE waiting time space( 60 minutes),we will keep our driver for an extra 20 minutes,after wich we will ask the driver to return to base and you will be charged as if you would have been already picked up by our driver.
Should you get in touch with us after the driver was called back to base,you will be asked to pay again for a full return journey( inbound & outbound),and the only method of payement will be via credit/debit card over the phone.Unfortunatelly,we cannot accept any excuses for you not getting in touch with us and advice,within your alocated time frame.We will also do,from our side, all we can to contact you,after your free time has elapsed,and will be contacting your mobile phone number,provided with your booking.

• If you have already provided preferred pick up time then that will be followed up accordingly.In this case,NO FREE waiting time will be offered.Usual meeting point is by the Car Rental Desk unless requested/specified elsewhere.
• For the passenger’s convenience , we will be texting the driver's mobile number to the passenger’s mobile phones provided with the booking.However, should you require any assistance with locating your driver in the terminal, please call the phone number provided above
• All fares quoted are for point to point and any diversions from the original route will be charged a set fee per mile (, currently £5 /mile) and stopovers will be charged at £5.00 each, and added to the original quoted fare.
• All bookings made online are subject to credit card surcharges (10%).
• Cash payments are to be made to the driver and credit card payments should be made with the booking..
• Our saloon and estate cars are insured for hire&reward for maximum of 4 passengers.
Our MPVs & 8 Seaters (Many people Carrier) are insured for hire&reward for maximum of 8 Passengers.
• We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passenger having excess luggage which would result in an unsafe vehicle on the road. We will also reserve the right to refuse our services to any passenger who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is using an abusive/threatening behaviour towards any of our staff members.
• It is the passenger’s responsibility to inform our office of the exact number of passengers, amount of checked in bags, hand luggage, push chairs and any over sized bags or boxes. If a wrong size vehicle is booked, the driver has the right to refuse the booking and the customer will be charged the full rate
• If child seats are requested with the booking, those will be provided subject to availability.( By law Hackney & PCO vehicles are not required to carry them)
• Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage. Where driver offers to help load/unload customer's luggage, a discretionary gratuity will be appreciated.
• All prices quoted are per car and unless booked, all quotes will be valid for only 24 hours.
• The company will accept no liability for delays occurred because of severe weather conditions, road closures, traffic delays or any other unexpected beyond our control.
• Our drivers will only stop and park the vehicles in places permitted by the authorities.
• All Bookings are subject to e mail or phone confirmation by us and a confirmation e-mail will be issued for all confirmed bookings.You MUST reply to our Confirmation of Acceptance e-mail,stating that you have read and agreed with our Terms & Conditions. Failure to do so,will result in your booking being CANCELLED.
Seasonal Prices: From 24th December 16:00hours to 27th December 06:00 hours and 31st December 16:00 hours to 2nd January 06:00hours, Our prices will be 50% higher than actual prices quoted on our web pages.
